Key Focus Areas and Activities

Transformation Nepal collaborates closely with Ishworpur Municipality to enhance the quality of education and promote holistic community development. The key activities include:

  1. Educational Quality Improvement:

    • Conduct training sessions for teachers and SMCs to enhance teaching quality and foster a child-friendly, safe school environment.
    • Support community schools in creating and monitoring School Improvement Plans.
  2. WASH Initiatives:

    • Implement new construction and renovation projects focusing on Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) facilities in schools and communities.
  3. Child and Youth Empowerment:

    • Organize awareness programs on child rights and sexual reproductive health rights through kids’ clubs and youth clubs.
    • Strengthen the capacity of mothers’ groups to engage in income-generating activities, offering training and farming tools for sustainable vegetable farming.
  4. Healthcare Support:

    • Conduct medical camps in schools and communities, in collaboration with local health posts and municipalities, to improve access to healthcare services.
Objectives
